Guided Meditation
If you are looking to start your journey with formal siting meditation and would like to work with someone along the way, this may be a workshop that interests you. Working with a guide can be helpful to process your experience and help you stay committed to the practice. The workshop will consist of a discussion on each meditation, a guided meditation and time to process your experience through journaling and discussion.
This is live one-on-one guidance through formal sitting meditation which can be done in person or via Zoom.
You will have a consultation beforehand to address your goals and what you hope to get from a coaching session. During the session you will have the ability to ask any questions about meditation or the process before you begin and then explore your experience through discussion once the meditation completes. The the length of time spent in meditation will vary depending on your goals.
